I refuse to say the "pledge", or pray to someone's god in a group setting. I'm always respectful of other's beliefs, by remaining quiet while they do their thing, and I expect like treatment. Our schools have been indoctrination centers for as long as I can remember--even more so now that the likes of DeSantis/Trump republicans have been allowed to act out with impunity.
