My wife is a fast food and processed food junky. I hate it. But we also cook, or grill outside, whole food that we've prepared outselves. I'm a DIY and fix-it kind of guy. I hire out very little-- for economic reasons (I'm a writer too), but also cuz I want to survive the collapse of modern society. Too many people in America barely know how to tie their own shoes.
